We conduct written risk assessments, build information security programs mapped to every element of the FTC Safeguards Rule, draft incident response and business continuity plans, prepare agencies for ALTA Best Practices certification, and produce HIPAA safeguards documentation. For title and escrow operations, that work is shaped by underwriter agency agreements, trust account realities, and the wire-heavy workflows that make this industry a target.
We also teach. Our CSQI certification trains the person designated as Qualified Individual under the Safeguards Rule, and as an Arizona Department of Real Estate approved school, #S24-0011, we deliver continuing education across all required categories for licensees. When a matter calls for investigation rather than prevention, we handle it as licensed private investigators under Arizona PI License #1800547, including corporate internal investigations, backgrounds, parallel fraud investigations, and FBI IC3 reporting.
Those three practices feed each other. Investigating wire fraud shows us how compliance programs fail in the real world. Building those programs shows us what needs teaching. Teaching keeps us current on the rules our clients answer to. Clients get advice from people who have seen the consequences firsthand rather than read about them in a guidance document.
